what ecu is this? and whats the ecu i need?

i got the wrong ecu with my swap. (i think)

i have the s14 notchtop engine

in blue writing: c8 23710 95n11

anyone know what that is? (avenir? pulsar?)and which one should i have?

You should have an ecu that has WC written on it in big red letters. I have an s14 notch back and thats what mine says. There are also 2 other types of ecus for the notch backs. I dont know those codes though.

There were 4 gens of ECU's for manual S14 SR20DET's. Zenki S14 October 1993 - February 1995 = WC red tagZenki S14 February 1995 - June 1996 = WC black tagRegular kouki S14 June 1996 - End = NAK's MF-T kouki S14 September - End = ?

Its most likely you need the WC's. They are interchangable however the kouki ECU will not fit on the Zenki engine.

what do you mean by won't fit on the zenki engine? ecu won't fit behind the kickpanel?

The WC ECU's have different ECU plugs than the Kouki ECU's. So the two physically will not plug into the others harness.
