what does flashing hazards mean?

Lets see all the signals my street racer handbook talks about…

Someone is close behind you (or you are both stopped) flashes their lights once, they challenged you to race.

If you want to race someone behind you, flash your hazards three times with long brakes in between.

To challenge when both cars are stopped side by side, rev your engine, the other driver will excepts the challenge by revving back.

To challenge when both vehicles are in motion, down shift, when the other driver down shifts the race starts.

What to do when you won by a large margin: Merge into the lane of the other car and slightly tap the brakes three times.

What to do when you won by a small margin: flash your hazards, or decelerate more then the other car.

What to do when both cars are equal, you may acknowledge a good no winner race by giving the thumbs up or the V.

There are a few more that aren’t that important…

So after merging into his lane, would having my passenger stick his bare a$$ in the rear window to exclaim victory be uncouth?

I had a friend once who was a ricer. he drove a like 80 something acord, his body "kit" what just a front bumber, his wing was some black duble deck thing, he cut out his cat but it was so louod then he had to put in a glass and a apc exshaust tip,and on top of that he had the car painted the color of the 5 ball in pool(nron orange) by mako!!!. i mena ths guy was dumb, he said he had a secret button that makes him fast(it was his o/d button cause it was an auto) i mean come on, and to tp it off..... the coupe de something another........ he had SPINNING HUBBYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ya the fake palstic spining hubbies. i mean wtf... lol anyway he moved, and thank god. o well i just wanted to share that, i thought if was funn. take it easy guys.
