I've only joined this forum for alittle while now and kinda feel like the annoying guy asking all the redundant questions in all the wrong places. I have had my 97 Q for alittle over a year now and just now found this forum, so I am excited to start doing some work on this car with the guidance of some "been there done that "guys. Everyone here is more than helpful and knowledgeable. I guess as a friendly get to know everyone I'm curious as to what everyone does for a living. I'm a active duty Marine living in Hawaii and basically only have time to work on my car. I get the feeling that alot of people on here own or work at some shop affiliated with Infiniti/Nissan. So as a "get to know" everyone if you all don't mind share some insight about yourselves. Cause I'm sure sooner or later all of you are gonna tell me where I should have posted or searched .

Sarcasm at its best.......I'm more intersted in the Q group right now though. How many here are live at home 18 year olds that seriously use the search button for a living? What's the age range on here.

I moved back in with my folks and go to college full time, which is why I no longer own a Q.

I am the GM of a retail store.

And, don't feel like too much of a nuisance. If these guys haven't kicked me out for asking questions across the past 2-3 months, I am sure you will be fine.

Aerospace Safety Engineer for the past 29 years. We build rocket boosters (solid fuel) and rocket engines (liquid fuel). I think the Q has a faster 0-60 time compared to a large booster rocket off the launch pad but after the first few seconds we've got the Q beat. Sorry.

Sweet, awesome mix of talent, I appreciate you all bearing with me and supporting my carboncopy post. My car went into the autobody shop today, so I'll have about two weeks to basically chat and prepare for it when I get it back. The car runs great overall and I'm ready to start changing some things on it. Trying to keep up with all the different model codes and what's compatible with what is the hardest part for me. I'm originally and still am a BIG Jeep enthusiast, my wife just opened another door for me with this car. So once again I appreciate you all taking the time to fatten my post.

Now for the original question...

I am a real estate broker specializing in listing and selling foreclosures for banks. Some of my friends describe me as a "catfish" - sort of a bottomfeeder in the real estate world.

I've always thought that the happiest looking fish in an aquarium is a catfish - so that's fine with me.

I also buy distressed homes, restore them, and sell them... typically two or four per year.

I also watch football like it's my job - but I'm not sure if that's an occupation.

I am actually new to this site today. just found it while surfing around at school. Im only 17 a senior in high school and the only car i have ever owned is a 1990 Q and i love it. its sweet to see how many Q45 Enthusiasts there actually are out there. its a great car but if i told any random kid at school what kinda car i had i would probally get a "Never even heard of it". response. Well im glad i found this site and im sure you will all see me around on here on and off.

Q451990...what do you think about Carlton Sheets? I've been toying with the idea of becoming a RE investor for a while now. E-mail me offline since this is waaay off topic.
