Rock it dude, at least you driving a Jewel! But if you haven't, DO your Guides!----------

Im just a dumb a** kid too. 20 now and just quit my solid bank job as a teller(data slave) and will do mostly independent or concstruction work till i turn 21 and work at a bar... Oh yeah, its gonna be sweet. I just cranked my engine and the guides probably killed it, but hey, **** HAPPENS right?!?I'll try to fix it if it's not the (un-checked) guides.

But i'll tell you that life is MORE Fun with a Q45 in it!!

I'm a Military Policeman and my primary is the SRT team. I'm going on 8 years and will be getting promoted to E-6 in March. I've been out here for 3 1/2yrs. I'm waiting on my orders to the presidential squadron in D.C. to do security there. Looking forward to it, mainly the security clearance.

I used to be on this forum for two years under my regular name, John Nordling. Now I'm Johnpa 'cause that's what my grandkids call me. I just brougth this so I wouldn't seem too much of a 'newbie.'

The main question: I'm a community college accounting instructor (third career).

Man, what a varied group! It's a blast.

I'm in the Coast Guard and work and fly on the helo's and jets we have here.

I'm getting transferred to the air station at Barbers Point Hawaii this summer and was debating on whether we should take the Q out there or not. How are the Hawiian Q's holding up in Hawaii?

I love how everybody uses the "big technical terms" to describe their job.

I suppose I could have used the term "director of sales/inventory control/ sales manager" (since I do it all) but I'll stick with used car salesman.

Meh, it's not like there's any other way to describe my job. Here. "I direct the morning cut-ins and midday news, and I oversee all editing of commercials, industrials, and promos." I'm Ed from Anchorman.

I work for the OTHER large japanese automaker based in Torrance.

And I freelance for car magazines a lot on the side.

I used to make a living with my hands but it's nicer on the knees to do it in an office. Unfortunately it doesn't pay more than an above-average tech can make...

I gotta find me a job where I can play with cars all day and get paid like $100k per year for it, without getting my hands dirty unless I want to.

Kevin - Have you ever been to Porto's Cuban bakery in Glendale? DAAAAAAMMMMNNN they make some good stuff. Versailles is out of this world, though. I'm a fan of ropa vieja.
