beat on it for a while, get a feel for it, do lots of research, and make a decision base on what you want to do with your car, be it autoX, drifting, drag racing, or just the occational stoplight to stoplight spar!

when i first bought my car i made a rash decision on a set of rims i was very unhappy about. I didnt know that cast 18 inch rims make performance worse and it costed me alot of money, i ended up losing over $550 on rims and tires i only used for a 2 months.

Must be nice to have a base model with all the options.

I'm going to go lookup the word 'base'

That's good advice. Do any required maintenance, since you'll need that engine to run until you decide to do a swap. Fix the leaky trunk before you get rust.

BTW, I think 17" wheels are a bit too big. IMO, 16" is the sweet spot.

no no ... guys 15 and 16 are too small for my wants. I would prefer some 215/30/17 and or between that or 215/40/17 tops

hey i tried:) , seriously though, looks like you got a hellof a deal man, i paid like 2300 for mine in what it looks like almost the same shape as yours, 5 speed right? definetly looks like a good candidate for the sr

haha, yeah i hear you, i hate the crank windows....thats the reason why i kept my car and decided to swith to manual b/c the 5 speed i was lookin at had manual windows and seatbelts(i would never wear my seatbelt if it wasnt auto, and i got enough tickets already)

Damn, that looks like a good deal. Looks alot like mine did when I bought it. I don't have a rear windshield wiper either. Is that pretty rare or something?

i can almost reach the passanger crank with out moving... 6'7 always helps.

nice deal on the car... i agree with jspec, beat on the car to get a feel for it then decide what you want to do... i started out wanting to drag and then realized what a drag (pun intended) it was and no want to learn to drift, already had my first screw up and it cost me like 400 bucks

Doesn't it suck to be driving a 240 when you're 6'7?

I've heard stories about people who are 6'1 or so and have problems with headroom.
