Ummmmm, the last guy that replied didn't really know what he was talking about did he??? Don't hook up the water line??? WTF?? Well, if you get anymore replies, let us know!!! I think I might go with a safe bet and get a HKS GT-RS :ylsuper

The last guy was kinda right on some things, and you CAN get away with not hooking up water lines. In fact, most people that upgrade to T3/T04's don't bother even getting center housings that are water cooled, it's too much hassle.

My vote is always for the s15 T28, cheap, full ball bearing, oil and water lines bolt on, bolts on to the stock manifold, and is a decent improvement over the stock turbo.
