I was lucky because my dad works for UP. UP and Nissan have a purchase program together, allowing me to buy my A/C for about 2% less than invoice.

yeah i got one of the first ones that was released to our area, so they didnt really give many discounts because of their rarity.

Same here. I've also noticed a trend with regard to urban/suburban areas. Cars purchased in more rural areas tend to have lower sticker prices than cars purchased in large cities such as DC, NY, LA, Miami, etc. It's pure economics - supply and demand.

30,776 out the door. Thats a 2.5s with the premium package and the navigation package, fog lights, mats(even though I bought some weathertech mats cuz of that damn salt and crap that finds its way in the car in the winter). I probably should have pushed them a bit harder, but atleast I made them pay the 195 they wanted to "wash and detail" the car. I just told them to add 200 to that and then we have a deal. The guy kindof smerked. . .

Paid out the door 29800, Sedan 2.5SL, CVT, Nav, Tech, undercoating, tinted windows, clear bra, 72mo extended warranty, Gold Premium Maintenance package (in the end just made sense so I wouldn't have to deal with anything), Floor Mats and trunk mat, forgot to tell them to take off the emergency first aid kit, so all in all, I think I did ok. The factory Tint and protection package was a huge bonus. Basically through this dealership, if there is a rock chip, or windshield chip, it's covered at the dealership for free, I get free carpet cleanings for the life of the car as many as I want, I could go daily and get them shampoo'd if I want, and a big one is the ding protection, again covered at the dealership. All of that without insurance claim or a deductible. So if anything accidental happens by way of other drivers, they fix it (cosmetic). And it never gets claimed on my insurance.

Besides that, I love my Alti. Mario

I hestiated to post on my 3.5 sedan until the previous post was added.

MSRP $29080Invoice $27001

I do dealer trades for these people so I usually get them (bought 3 new ones in the last 16 months-one toyota) for $200 over invoice but since the inovice had the odd dollar on it I got it for $199 over invoice. With the $750 rebate it came out to $26,450 plus all the usual fees and taxes.

I traded my 05 super clean CRV SE in and probably could have gotten a little more out of it but with the tax savings on the trade in it was about a wash.

I am impressed with all the honesty in here on the prices paid. To listen to some of the people in the Versa forum the dealers have to be going broke with some of the prices thrown around in there.
