VERY interesting...my sticker said nothing of the sort. I understand that Aspen Pearl is the Canadian version of Moonlight White, so I assume there is no difference in the process. On my Window Sticker, it says it's an option called "3 Coat Paint" and it cost someone else an additional $285.00
It didn't cost me, because I refused to pay it... and they wanted a Sale real bad.
Quite the opposite, White is the easiest to keep looking clean...seems odd but true, ask any white owner.
