My dad, to this date, says that the PT cruiser is the worst car he has ever driven. Slow, handles like garbage, doesn't stop, sounds terrible, looks cheap inside and out... Its like a textbook lesson in how not to build a car.

I have to add this to the list, although some may disagree:

My uncle left it at our house when he borrowed our Pacifica. Its underpowered, uncomfortable, and has loads of understeer. The seats are like sitting on rocks, the dash is in a weird spot (that may just be something to get used to) and the one he left us was some kind of lime green with a off beige interior. Total fail. When we got the Pacifica back my mom was so happy.

But as a truck owner you have to admire the cushy leather seats.

Want to help me steal them while he is in school?

The MOST over rated ugliest piece of f***ING s*** EVER MADE!!! Overpriced, ugly, reserved for douche bags, it has a HP meter (WOW)

I'd rather take a Dynasty with a 3.0L over that. Atleast it looks better.

So, I come on here and say I hate my kids LeBaron... 90 minutes later my daughter calls and tells me that the car will not start. That spiteful POS!

One day, I will kill it with fire. I've spoken to the neighbors and they all know NOT to call the FD for at least 30 minutes.

OK mister now you've done it I said keep it clean and sir that car is sex on wheels literally so I have to slap you lol Jk man every one has their own opinion i personally love that car not for the price or the speed but the engineering that went into making it do it and still be a luxury car plus I think it is a quit good looking car. Kill me for saying it but ya its nice any who keep it going guys

"drift cars" where every panel is held on with zipties uncut to show off the halfassedness, and dents everywhere, and the owner is proud that he hit 9 curbs and just got the car a month ago.

Your ignorance does not make everyone else wrong. The SBC is a half-century worth of engineering perfection. Designed, improved, redesigned, improved, improved, improved. The SBC has a HUGE aftermarket, is cheap to buy, own, and modify, is low-maintenance and reliable, and is easy to make lots of power with. What on earth is there to hate? Why would you NOT want one? Cheap, plentiful parts, easy to work on, will run forever...I'm at a loss for anything not to love.

I can find a little bit of joy or utility out of even the worst heaps, but the Jeep Compass is just awful. Its 100% a product of marketing teams and focus groups. Not one piece of the Compass was inspired by emotion or engineering.

Its just awful. Sitting in a Jeep showroom next to a Wrangler emphasizes its awfulness.

There's nothing good about the Sebring either, but its more bland and ugly than overtly bad. Same goes for the current Solara.

I thought it was just okay... just barely. The interior was cute for 1999, passable by 2004, and unacceptable today for a brand new car. I rented one from Enterprise and other than smelling like wet diapers, it was completely below average. It didn't do one thing well. It wasn't crude or noisy, but it wasn't enjoyable or memorable in any way.

Take that "automotive nirvana" that you feel in the Miata, and then erase it. Take a Luciano Pavarotti recording and get Clay Aiken to do a cover. All the sizzle and emotion turns into a flat line. Its the soul of a Corolla with the execution of a Stratus.

The only positive was that it was a wagon, so the storage and passenger space was very good for a small vehicle. Its too bad because it could have been very good. It took other major manufacturers years to offer tall wagons.

I hate the '90s mustang simply because of where the shifter is. They are hands down one of the most uncomfortable cars I've driven.

Exactly how I felt about it.It seemed that their motto while creating the PT Cruiser was, "It's fine if it works."I've never driven such an emotionless car before.

My friend's '02 Hyundai Accent was lightyears better than the PT Cruiser, I had a smile on my face the whole time I drove that Accent, I love that thing.

Ouch!

The PT Cruiser is EXTREMELY dated. The Neon it was based on has been replaced, but the PT Cruiser was left to soldier on.

Also, the stupid revised headlights amplified the femininity of the design a millionfold.

I don't understand why there's a need for the Caliber and the PT Cruiser. Why replace the Neon with a 5-door if there's already a neon-based 5 door that you plan to keep selling until the sun implodes?

Its not JDM tYte y0.

I'm uninformed, are they STILL producing pt cruisers? As in, there is a 2009 and 2010 production year? I figured that they were just getting rid of the extras since the caliber seems to be a better car.

Yes, there's a 2010 MY PT Cruiser. You can still walk into a Chrysler dealership and buy one brand new. And Chrysler has no plans to discontinue the model in the near future.
