You might not be able to hit 370-380rwhp with a .64 on an CA, but 370rwhp has been done on an SR with this turbo. I think he was running 19 psi.

.64 and .86 turbines have the same wheel, and the difference in spoolup on an SR is about 600 RPM.

I think that the idea was that you'd need to wind up a CA higher to reach that hp level, and the .86 would help you match the power at that higher rpm level. 330 would be just fine and I think that'd be what to expect out of that turbo.

I plan on running that turbo with a whp goal of 300. I like to keep my setup on the conservative side. I don't think most people realize just how fast a 300whp car is that weighs in around the 2700lbs mark.

Those who do wouldn't mind having more power though! More is better.

I think I will go for the GT2871R .86ar , and the Tomei 260" IN & EX Poncams with adjustable cam gears.I will just forget about any usable torque under 4000rpm .Anyone here know about a good place to purchase Tomei cams , head gasket and springs .We have been trying to get this stuff from Taka Kaira in Japan , but they do not answer emails . Anyone here know about others that sel this stuff ?
