You don't want them a whole lot stiffer. You want them semi soft in back so the rear can squat and get better weight transfer. I know in my malibu I was gonna run some 90/10 struts up front and the stock v6 springs (car has a 454). If you can find out the valving on some adjustables. You might get pretty close to 90/10 in front. I don't know if anyone makes 90/10's for the 240 or not.Ramius83 wrote:Street tires would probably yield me mid-high 13s lol. But yes, and next time I do go, I will have a decent spring/strut combo. I am looking into the Koni yellow inserts and the RS*R springs. I think this would be a good, semi stiff suspension for the track. I don't do any major autocrossing or drifting, so coilovers are not needed for my application.
