Went to dyno, but didn't go well...Hopefully FET coil packs will solve the prob.

The PFC settings were already checked several times, max allowable boost is set to max (28psi), rev limited @7600rpm, all warnings have been turned off.

I have yet been able to tune the fuel map because of the cut-out issue, all I know is Im running rich for different boost level. My revs climb very slowly especially in higher gears, due to the rich A/F. Any my cut-out issue usually happens in 3rd or 4th gear where the revs climb slower, in 1st or 2nd the cut-out doesn't seem to occur even in higher boost.

Its frustrating at this point, the only option I have left to get FPR as you guys suggested and go from there. I really dont know what could it be if this still doesn't solve the mystery...

I would look at ALL of the settings in the PFC CLOSELY. I REALLY think you've got a cut or a part of the map not programmed in that you're missing.

You might have someone else familiar with tuning take a look at it. Sometimes a second set of eyes will catch something you didn't.

dude, we have answered this here and on freshalloy, get the FPR and test it and i also think that 28psi is way too much for that turbo.. thats waaaaaayyyyy off the turbine and compressor maps for that turbo

He started at 8psi and only went to 17psi. He was just saying that he set the MAX LIMIT on the powerFC to 28psi so that way it couldn't be the cutoff.

Well, I'm out of ideas. I guess try the FPR, but I don't think it's going to solve your problem.

Regardless, keep us updated for future reference please.

I have ordered the SARD FPR, HKS fittings, B&M FP gauge & AEM wideband which should be in here in two weeks. Hopefully the car will be running right after the tunning.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, i'll update this thread later.
