/me extends a hand in brotherly love to help a friend deal with his angst.

I know how this **** feels. Sounds almost like you're already working through this. I think the best advice given so far is to not let her see you hurt. She sounds like she did it because she enjoys controlling people's emotions, so if you show you're still in control of how you feel, she'll feel really terrible.

Isn't that how it always goes? No matter what when my girlfriend and I get in an argument for something SHE did, I end up feeling bad and apologizing (although, it's probably because I go WAY overboard with the *****ing). It's very annoying.

YEAH I JUST FEEL BAD BECAUSE I TOLD HER I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO BE FRIENDS ANYMORE, TOOK THE CLOTHES I HAD OUT OF HER CLOSET (EVEN THOUGH SHE WANTED ME TO KEEP THEM THERE), TOOK THE TICKETS TO THE NUTCRACKER (THE PLAY SHE HAS ALWAYS WANTED TO SEE BUT NO ONE WOLD TAKE HER TOO) AND DECIDED TO TAKE MY GOOD FRIEND (THE GIRL SHE ALWAYS FEARED I WOULD DUMP HER FOR), AND ON TOP OF THAT I REALLY HAVE TO DISTANCE MYSELF FROM HER AND IN DOING SO I HAVE TO DISTANCE MY SELF FROM MY MENTOR/BEST FRIEND/SECOND PARENTS (HER PARENTS)!

sorry to hear this man. i had something similar to this to happen to me with a girl i went out with for 5 years. All you can do is just move on. life is too short to sit and dwell on things. things will work out one day,it just takes time. once you get your car up and running you will feel a ****load better. women are crazy thats all there is to it. some of them are not as crazy as others, those are the good ones.

oh ya man I just read the mentor/bestfriend (parents) comment... I feel u there, too man. Over these past two years I spent probably 12-15 hours a day with her atleast like 4 times a week if not more her paretns are more like my family than any of my real family (other than my awesome grandparents) and the last time I went over there and found out she was seeing"Todd" and crap I went into her parent's room to say goodbye... it was kind of funny in a way it was me and her parents saying goodbnye and hugging and her mom was like practically crying and saying I'll still be a part of their family somehow it'll happen.... then u have her *** being a biatch in the other room. So ya dude it hurts your not alone though.

That DOES happen sometimes, I know my girlfriend dumped me for basically that reason but she called back about 2 hrs later once she realized her idiocy. I hope everything works out and as much as you might want to, dont beat the **** out of Lance, they hate it when you do that

Just because you buy her jewerly doesn't mean she should stay with you. Somethign else must have happened to driver her away from you. You can't just buy a girl. I'm sorry abotu the break-up, but you really need to control your anger. I've had the same thing happen to me and I never once touched my car. It's not a normal thing someone would do while mad.
