Here is what it looked like when i picked it up a few months ago.

Here it is with my brothers z32 wheels

Kouki tails (craigslist special!)

thought this would be a cool picture to take.

Here it is the first day a got the works (i was a little more than excited)

Me and my brother at an import allaince meet here in townand then with the roof rack (It's stayin on like it or not lol)

then i scored another trunk(craigslist lol), despoilered it and had it painted (this way i can still throw my SE trunk with spoiler and badges on it if i want)

threw a turbo kit on it for that little bit of extra power in case i pull out in front of someone who is about to run me over. only 7lbs (gotta keep it reliable since its my daily)

and here is where it stands as of now with the intercooler.

Is the bikes front wheel in the trunk? Or are you pretending to be VW with unnecessary stuff on the roof?

HAHA ya it is in the trunk when the bike is with me, it would be hard to ride without the other wheel.

I really want coilovers and sideskirts next (then a build on another ka so i can turn the boost up) but i got a hella-large ticket on my bike the other day, so that's 800 bucks that i have to save up before anything else gets done to the ride. unless ole santa brings me some parts down the chimney its going to be at least a month before i get back on track lol

I really hope you didn't get an $800 on said bicycle... lol. Good work though man, it's nice to see someone takes steps in the right direction, rather than rice direction!

his under avatar thingy states that he owns a gsxr 1000.

op, nice looking car, i'm not a fan of the wheels sticking out passed the body, but as long as you're happy that's all that matters.

I feel ya on the wheels being out a bit much. I though about overfenders but the body is too straight in my opinion to go slapping fiberglass overs on and then start painting, those pictures are also before i did a roll on the fenders so they look a little more flush now. Coilovers and some neg camber should make it look real nice i think! Thanks for the comments guys!

The new lights and boot were a nice touch, looks a lot smoother at the back.

The wheels look cool, as you said the negative camber will pull them in a bit and finish the look with them.

Would you consider some type of clear lens for the lights on the front. I think they would bring a fresh look to the front end

I have been searching clear lenses for a couple months actually lol. I am not sure if i want the completely clear lenses or not, there arent enough pictures of them for me to decide for sure. i wish i could find some more pictures of the aftermarket lenses (fitment and overall look of them) I definitely like the glass headlights but 500 bucks is alot lol

Your car looks really clean, i like the mods you've done so far.Not really liking the roof rack but for a daily driven car, i can see that for you it's necessary. I guess it gives the car some character lol.Big props for the KA-T! Anymore info on your setup and how much power is it putting down?Update us when you get your coilovers, sideskirts and paint.

$500 is pretty pricey alright, again I'll see what's available here

this guys for sale thread on here in 2008 shows a good example of how well the clear lens can look :

I'm not actually 100% sure, I was wondering the same as soon as I posted the pic. (that one was pulled off google images). One of my friends has a similar set up of his s14 so I'll check what his are

Nicee Zenki. I'm lovin' the look

Here is a pic of the clear lenses installed on stock housings. I ordered them from the guy (Andrew) in the link that was posted. I need gravity too, but nobody wants to buy me coilovers for Christmas

the projectors were a retrofit. they look like regular usdm housings to me, but i could be wrong, i never looked at the jdm housings enough to see what the difference is.

i found one from a base model on craigslist, so it didnt have a factory spoiler. sorry to make it sound a little confusing by saying "despoilered" and i love the way it looks without it!

i love the wingless look, especially with the s14 since the end of the lid swoops up a bit. i tried to swap trunk lids with the owner of 240sxmotoring since he was selling his base model which was the same color, but he declined my offer
