Please keep in mind that the lenses are just resting on the headlight and not actually sealed yet. In addition, the ones on the car are not bolted in and the light bulbs are not in properly they are also just resting in the mounts

Once I have my projectors mounted, I will show the finished product.

Easy way to install clear headlight lenses

Tools needed:
• Flat head screw driver
• Phillips screw driver
• 10mm socket with 6”+ extension
• Leather work gloves x2
• Extra person
• Oven
• Old cookie sheet
• Headlight sealer or window sealer (can be found at home depot, Lowes or auto parts store)
• Zip ties

Headlight install
1. Use masking tape or painters tape and make a cross over the center of the headlight from edge to edge.

2. remove headlights from car (recommend over a weekend or 24hours with out using car)
3. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
4. remove all rubber and metal parts
5. place on old cookie sheet
6. put in oven for 3-6 minutes (watch closely)
7. remove and pry apart (use caution & leather work glove) try not to get glue on reflective surface
8. when it separates place flat head screw driver in and move around housing till its off
9. clean up any glue (can reheat with heat gun or oven again)
10. apply sealer to housing
11. place lens on and line it up correctly
12. place zip ties over headlight and tighten (make sure lens does NOT move)

13. wait approximately 24 hours or what directions say on sealer
14. Reinstall headlights and enjoy!
