Yeah, was taking my mom for a ride on a nice winding backroad I'd drive on 100x before, showing her all my hard work on the car.

Then, I hit a patch of gravel around a bend, lost control and couldn't pull it back. There was a 30' dropoff that was a very steep bank, almost vertical into a streambed. We flew right down into it doing about 35mph and it rode right along the bank and the front end hit and spun the car about the front and did a 180.

So, I'm just gonna part it out. I don't feel like rebuilding the s15 front and the suspension and who knows what else.

But, I got it back to the shop, piping and fmic all smashed, but the engine fired up on the first try

Here's some pics, if you want some parts, let me know.

We were both fine, no injuries.

I think I'll sell off the parts and the bad karma I have with them..I don't need any other 2600lb rwd vehicle with 400hp for a while....heh.

In case you were wondering how steep it was:

And this is showing tire marks on the road, and the blob at the bottom is actual size of the car to show how far I went..

that does suck. My first RX-7 Turbo was T-boned, so I feel your pain. It is amazing how sore you feel for the first couple of days after a reck.

I wouldn't ask if you didnt say you were parting it out... but are you selling the injectors?

Don't worry about it, buying my parts is how I can deal with this mess.

I was thinking about selling the injectors with the ecu and emulator programmer. They are all setup to work together (z32 maf also). I was using 80% of the z32 maf's capabilities, so a stock maf would surely have been too small for me.

If interested in any parts, lemme know.

Man, how fast were you going? The pics on your site only showed the straight parts of the road. Man, that is some bad karma.

PS. What about the other parts of the car? Anything else for sale?

Sorry about the car, Nick... although it still does look pretty good with those S15 lights and nice wheels.

Anyway, I had almost decided not to get the TechEdge and emulator due to the price, but if you are wanting to get rid of them, PM me a price range you are looking for. I might be interested in the Z32 MAF also, depending on how much the whole package costs. Don't want the ECU or injectors tho.

Too bad. That was a really nice car. Btw, where did you get the RB?

I was cruising too fast, if I wasn't then I wouldn't have put it into a ditch...right? Gotta watch loose gravel and bad pavement when you're boosting...

Anyway, I'm considering selling my whole engine swap setup together with ecu/Trans/clutch/alum. fly/bov/emulator..blah blah, dunno

Tomorrow I determine if I will repair the damages or not...we'll see.
