That new Teano looks pretty nice. Looks kind of like our Altima here. The X-Trail is nice for a small SUV, we have the Rogue here.allyuwc wrote:Yes, it has 2.5l engine. Well in Sg having a big is not common. It's a small country. Cars here are very expensive. 2.5l '08 cost abt USD72K.
Thanks again. I will makesure the salesman fix the dvd...hehe
Will keep you update when my new car arrive..

I just bought a 2007 Murano S AWD today. It is awsome! A great improvement from my little dodge Neon. The only thing I really want to do is get a better sound system and gps on my center counsel. I am not technically smart with that stuff. can I upgrade the sound system and get the GPS? thank for the help. I cant wait to get this beast out on the open road for a road trip!
Greetings from the Murano Forum! Glad to have you on board over here as well. She will be very happy you didn't get the Vue, no comparison!mrbizness1 wrote:I purchased a used 2009 S AWD in super black last week. Very smooth riding car. My wife wanted a Saturn Vue until I got her to sit in the Murano.

I was looking to trade my 01 Grand Cherokee Limited. I wanted a Maxima and ended up only test driving the Murano. After test driving it, the CUV is sporty, luxurious, and sized just right! I can proudly say it's my first Import! The Murano is second-2-none when compared to cost and innovation!
Happy New Year and welcome to NICOclub! Glad to have you as a member of the Murano Forum! Congrats on the new Murano LE, I know you will love your new ride!RudyB wrote:Lovin our new 09 LE. Picked it up Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Just returned from a 1800 mile trip to the Smokys. Glad I found you guys and really glad to see Bishop's explanation of the burning smell being caused by the exhaust system burning the undercoating. My experience--no smell as long as I'm going at least 40+ MPH. But after I crept up mountain roads at 10 - 15 (or slower) mph then stopped, I could really smell it. I'm guessing that at faster speeds the circulation keeps the undercoating from heating up smelling. In just two days I've learned a lot from you guys. thanks
Welcome to NICOclub! Pleasure to have you here in the Murano Forum! Congrats on the new ride, you will be even more happy than you were with your '05 model!Camurano2 wrote:Took delivery of a 09 AWD LE Merlot on the 21st of Jan.
2nd Mo I've owned. Had to give up on the 05 AWD. .
Being a old Mo owner, I've gotten used to the quality ride and poor weather performance.. I like the upgrades in the interior, stereo, and the back up camera..
Hope the oil smell goes away, not as heavy as miles build..
Looking forward to summer, so I can have the top open.
Onward thru the fog

Goodaye mate!!!! LOL, sorry, just had to do it! It is awesome having a member of the Murano Forum from "down unda"!!!! Here in the U.S., you can either get the dual panel roof, or the DVD option, but if you get Navigation, you can add a DVD player to your center console, and with a rather simple modification, watch your DVD on your front Nav screen! They probably don't offer the 20's by you because I have read that the roads can be rather rough in Australia, which would take away from the smooth ride of the Murano. Anyway, glad to have you here mate!mickd wrote:Hello from down under !I am considering a 2009 Murano as a replacement for my Mazda 6 but here in Australia we are not offered the 20" wheels or the sunroof/DVD player option.............very mean of Nissan I think !

Had a VW Touareg before that I liked, but, too many electrical issues. Felt really heavy and AWD. Got the Murano because of the better fuel economy and much more reliable.
