oh, one time lightning stuck my pool, but NOTHING was damaged, cept my basketball got burned to hell (it was floating)

but this was 85% empty and unused for about 8-10 months (pool broke)

but for reference, it's about 45-50 ft...it was surreal...my whole yard lit up...

not sure if this is wierd or just plain scary. My old man lives on a sailboat and travels all around florida. One time he was in the real real real! boonies I think their might of been one other old timer there on the docks. Well I was visiting him and got up to take a piss at about 2 am. Walk up the docks (see a 6-7 ft gator mind you and there was 13 ft'r lying around before) ok so i get on land walk to the outhouse then come back i see a armadillo run into the bushes. And seeing that gator made me a little fearless so i chased the armadillo. Saw it's tail sticking out of the bushes and grabbed him! Well to my surpise it turned out to be this big *** snake, guess he was going after the armadillo as well.

That's funny! There's nothing poor or defenseless about an armadillo. Those things are mean. You'd be much better off with a big snake (if it isn't poisonous) than an armadillo in your hand.

I ate a lightning bug one time. tasted like crap. but my mouth glowed for a while.

but one time I was at my friends house, and we where standing in the back of this guy's truck unloading stuff, and all of a sudden the whole sky turned green and white. we took off in the general direction of where the light came from, and we found a power pole with a big transformer on it with a nice fire burning around it. we talked to the firemen after they got there and put it out, we guessed a squirrel jumped on the wrong part of the transformer.

I went to London a few years ago for the summer... You know they say London is one of the most haunted places because it's been around forever and the black plauge and crap like that... well... we were all talking about ghost stories and crap on our trip out of the city and goinginto the country and everything... I was actually scared $hitless....

anyway.. we are driving down this dark road with nothing on either side for miles adn miles... no lights nothing....

We are driving down when we see this guy with a walking stick walking down ont he side of the road...mind I reming you.. with nothing for miles on either side of the road at all.. we didn't think anything of it right then...just notciced it and kinda made a coment about it

went down a mile or so and saw the same guy walking down the road... at this point we all got freaked out... I mean... this was in the middle of nowhere... how the hell did the guy get in front of us like that???

till this day I can't explain it nor can anyone... if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes.. I wouldn't belive it at all!!!!

Black, that sounds like somthing me and Jesda would pull (stand on the side of the road and wait for somone to come make sure they see you. Then hop into you car and floor it til your about 2 miles ahead of em, then you stand in the same spot

Only flaw to this is the fact they would see someone come flying by them.

Black, have you seen In the Mouth of Madness? based off H.P. Lovecraft stories starring sam neal. theres a part where sam neal and this lady are driving down this dark road and they see this boy riding his bike, only the boy has this old man face. well they keep driving and they see the boy again, only they hit him. its a pretty damn freaky movie. i highly recommend it.

Dam that is some freaky ****. This isnt wierd but it is ****in hilarious. One night I went to my friends houes and him and his family were outside. We decided to go inside and play the PS2. As soon as we opened the door the smell of skunk piss hit me in the face so hard it almost cracked my glasses. any way wecovered our noses and went to open all the windows. As I went in his room I almost fainted from both the strong odor and laughter. Aparentlyt his dog had gotten sprayed by a skunk and was laying on his bed. Sucks for him. That was the funniest **** I had ever seen in my ****in life.
