agreed...
of course road racing is not legal or very safe, but if the best thing you've got in comparison to a good road style racing course is an open country road with twisties, it just has to do...
i hate to say that because i'm not much of an advocate for illegal things like that, because the consequences far outweigh the benefits of some thrills, even if they are great thrills.
lol yeah i wasn't thinking about the other strip.
man i wish they would just start opening tracks up more conveniently... it seems to me that if people were interested in correcting the problem of street racing they would do this... instead they just place negative correctional influences (tickets, fines, jail time, license revocation, etc) in the place of learning and understanding... i mean why don't we just dumb everyone down into walking a straight line and forgetting about learning anything at all... we'll just teach everyone that the only thing to learn is to never question anything and if you do you get a nice fine and possibly a good screwing of your "life"...
sorry to vent like that but i really just despise negative sanctions... they do nothing to improve the quality of people or life... they just punish people and make them look for their outlets in other ways, until those ways are also regulated and sanctioned. it's a rediculous ongoing cycle...
i know race tracks and such cost money to maintain and build etc, but i know for a fact that anything around this area would get major attention if it were open to the public...
there are so many things i could just go on forever but i'll stop because it's just going to take too long and i'll most likely get flamed for a few of the things i have said already.
