Hi, I'm White Comet's younger brother. My name's Cody and i just recently bought my first s13. It's a 1993 Aztec red SE hatchback. Its 5 spd and has roughly 155k miles. Its got all power options since it's an SE but my brother told me its odd that it came through without an AC from the factory. I'm 15 now and have 6 months before i can get my permit so i have some time to fix some minor things and moddify it slightly. Right now i'm working on patching the hatch and rattle canning it a red that is close to the oem color. i'm also working on respraying the front bumper. enough words for now, on to the picshere you can see why the front bumper needs resprayed. the body has minor rust but is in good shape for the most part, just some scratches and blemishes in the paint.

picture of me adjusting the sleepy eyes. thats the first thing my brother did to the car

my other brother, kyle looking in. in this shot you can see the hatch is rattle canned black since the holes were fiberglassed over.

my dad welded the holes shut using small plates of metal underneath. after grinding em down i'm working on bondoing it

the interior was pretty clean besdies a cracked dash and a worn driver seat.

the trunk area was really dirty

but there were some rare oe parts in theresun roof straps, bag and sun roof delete panel.

my brother and i also sprayed the chuki vents black sicne they had faded to grey.

that's all for now but i'll continue to do little things and moddify the car gradually

Nice looking chuki good find.Looks like you're already addressing most of the issues, does it run pretty well? 155k for a ka is no problem, im at 240k and its still strong. What are your plans for it will you be lowering it in the near future? Should clean it up a bit and take some nicer pics.Welcome to Nico.

Lol, I wonder how long it will take before this car stops moving, and become another paper weight. It will happen, everyone in your family has done it at least once.

i want to lower it with rsr springs cuz i don't want too go to low. the engine runs fine and it has a centerforce clutch. i'm not worried about the mileage on the car, i want to get an sr eventually. it'll be a little til better pics are taken, the front bumper still needs attention and a few other area as well. thanks for the comment

true, I guess in the end, we both do things the same amount of time. I just buy the part, keep it in my room for a couple of years, and one day decide to install it.

Lol! We'll see how long that lasts! Is there anyone in the Lanc crew that isn't slammed on PBM?

Great buy, BTW! Looking forward to your progress!

hahah it was only a mater of time before my little bro would follow in my footsteps. the cars look very similar, theres not much of a difference between aztec red and hot red

Welcome, Cody. Bet it feels good to have a set of wheels now!

I almost went with one of my younger bro's to check out an s13 with a silvia front end last weekend, but he ended up not wanting to look at it.

besides doing the cool turn signal mod we worked a little more on the hatch and got the last layer of bondo on. it didnt get hard enough to sand because of how humid it was. also started getting the from bumper ready to paintmore to come later
