Also if its not as bad as my brothers jetta then you should still change your tie rods cuz you dont want the car pulling to the right or the left and you keep getting aglinements that will do nothing. I know you dont have money so i'd say buy the small parts and do them on your own you just need a good jack and some tools....also point your wheels straight and and look at the right and the left and compare....if the wheel is some what turned on the right side ( thats the side you hit right??) then you have problems with your tie rods....i'm stressing the tie rods cuz when the jetta was hit one wheel was striaght and the other was at a 90 degree angle....oh yeah you should see if you can find a mechanic that you can trust and who lives close by, maybe you could pay him lil by lil like my mechanic lets me....man i'm out of breath :oface

Like some of the others have said, you could have some pretty bad damage underneath. I've seen a similar accident drive the engine into the hood. Definatly have a pro check it out. Body estimates are usually free. Won't hurt to have a body guy check it out. From what you have said it sounds more serious than some rims and some tie rods. Most likely the engine cross member was damaged as well as the lower radiator support. In any case have it looked at soon! Good luck! :)
