I'll bet that's a repaint.

Nissan's paint didn't suck THAT bad.

Also, I wouldn't tell people it took you almost 5 hours to do that.

If the gunk on your wheels was in the back, then check to see if your axle boot is ripped. That can fling nasty s*** all over the wheel.
