consumer reports says that most companies use them interchangeablily (sp?) wax & polish. Polish used to be more abrasive. Wax was more for protection.Bottom line, it looks great, so you're OK! IDK, I think they are going away from performance and closer to lux with the new gen. Depends on what you want in a car.
