When you say they tuned it to run off boost rather than timing, does that still utilize the SS box? Or is it an ECU remap?

its the ss box... has many types of mapping settings.

I'm about halfway though the install.

Ran into a couple minor snags, but nothing unexpected... I'll be drafting a complete article on the install with pics as soon as it's done.

how did you go about getting the discount? i still have 3 months before i can even think about doing anything to my car, but i'm trying to budget everything now. did you deal directly with the company or through a middle man?
