I got a break on them since I used to work @ a local speed shop. MSRP is about 1500 for rods and 800 for pistons.tmorgan4 wrote:Damn!!!! How much did those pistons and rods run you, if you don't mind answering.
I dont think so, because he hasn't told me thatMettler wrote:Holy crap are you aiming for 1500HP or something?
I've met Tecni in person hes a down to earth person. Has some cool goals, and as for the modifications he wants 800 reliable wheel horse power.elwesso wrote:seems to me its like one of those things, modification for the sake of modification.
No, I'm not one to modify for the hell of it. I've just been modifying cars and bikes long enough to realize that its better to do it right the first time around.elwesso wrote:seems to me its like one of those things, modification for the sake of modification.
I'd have to agree with Tecni as well. You should see the VK rods, they are even smaller.Tecni wrote:

What pistons is he running?
Be ready to drop a hefty lump sum at your local polishing shop. When the guy saw how many nooks and crevices the covers had he nearly had seizure.qsiguy wrote:Ooo mamma! Might have to polish my valve covers when I do the gaskets here in a bit. That looks awesome.
Not quite. They are just generic racing fuel rails and all I did was make measurements and drill holes in the right places. They were also a little long so I had to cut about a 1/2 inch off each side.gs14racer wrote:Tecni
Are those off the shelf fuel rails that lined up with the VH45 injector spacing??Do share as to what car they are off of.
If not looks awesome either way.
