yeah i know but there's always some d-bag with daddy's money haha. i don't even know how much i'd sell her for. its just really easy for me to get frustrated with all the tools and ricers that have invaded the 240 world. some times i just wanna wash my hands of it and buy an xterra. haha i guess i'm just getting bitter in my old age

Sup guys trying to bring this thread back from the dead. Well I went to my first car show with the vert. It was on halloween day. It was just a small home town kind of deal still a lot of cars though. I won first place in the nissan class, and best male costume, I wore my uniform lol.

It was fun.

Yes I know of the thread but that does not answer the question. And I guess there is no way to really find out how many are drivable. Too bad it would be nice to know how many are left.

well, since I have no life, and I also asked myself that question, I counted up all the verts in the registry about two months back. There were 283 at the time.

^Mod list? I never have been to fond of the hatchbacks. I think when I finish the vert, I might get a coupe and throw a LS1 in it.

ummm.... yea....

It's got a welded diff stage, 4 clutch, megan racing short shifter - custom cut so it's even shorter, tien inner and outter tie rod's, xspower intercooler no turbo anymore it blew so I reverted it back to N/A for the time being... It's a sohc car

front and rear strut tower bars and c-pillar barPut all my zebra interior in it and my led blue cluster lights

I'll be pickin up my new log manifold for my dohc and my roll cage in a couple weeks

Got my new radiator core support section that I needed.

Just gotta get my dude to bring over his welder when I get everything together for the vert

So whats going on with the vert besides a new radiator core support? I need to learn how to weld. It would make everything so much more fun also knowing that its all custom.

If you are like me you'll hate FWD and want something else, but my last DD (Versa) was my first/only FWD. Hence why I picked up a G for 17k.

I'm on my 9th 240... you kinda learn as ya go... lol

It's ok I stole the idea from a friend of mine that did the underside of his coupe so it wouldn't rust cuz Indiana's known for it!

I just decided to do the interior one day when I got bored... It's quite costly to do both the underside and the interior in that stuff. Just one can is like 9 or 10 bucks... and it took 4 to do the interior alone... haven't got to the underside yet. I'll get to that when I get around to working on it again. I still wanna do the inner door's 2 that way it all flow's real well but I've gotta gut the doors still to start that. The bed liner's kinda messy and over spray's a bish to get off!

I've got a ton of work left on this car for it to be ready for this next season

Hopefully I get my hatch sold to help with the vert fund

Im just going to hold off on painting the interior till I get the cage in. Then I might just have some one paint it all for me. I dont know yet that seems like a lot of work and im sure it wont be cheap. I got bored my self and tore everything out of my interior to get it ready for the cage and some weight reduction. I still have all the wires in there though. And since im outside I had to put everything back in the car I just threw it all in the though. Learned that putting the dash back in with the shifter still in is a pain in the a**.

Whats up guys. Im in Haiti they finally got internet here. I been here a little over a month now. The city is completly destroyed. Hopefully we are getting ready to leave. But I need help. When I get back im re doing the verts interior. But I need some new back seats I threw mine away cause they were ruined. If anyone knows of anyone that has any I will gladly take them off their hands. Also where is a good place to get a complete assy. of the quarter windows I need a whole new one cause it comes off track and will not go back in. I think i made it even worse. I also need the truck struts not the shocks but the x looking things that the shocks bolt to. Also the plastic piece that goes around the gauge cluster area mine cracked. I should be coming home within the next month so if you guys can keep a look out for me and just let me know on here that would be great or u can email me. [email protected]. Thanks guys cant wait to be back in the states.

Been emailing a powder coat shop back home and he quoted me 700 bucks to have my chassis powder coated. I think that would be a killer idea cause would never have to worry about painting my engine bay the under carriage the interior everything and would never have any rust problems. Its just going to be a b**** putting it all back together.
