I've read all this trash talk about venus and agree 100% that they just don't have good business ethics and poor customer service. But lets be honest they are cheap! I personally have seen there product and dealt a little with venus just trying to get price quotes. that was hard enough. I eventually went through a copy called Jarco. Could not be more happy with the purchase. It was a little more expensive then the average but well worth it. http://www.jarcoinc.com Check them out you won't be dissappointed.

well up until this point they have been nothing but helpful. I actually got my 25 clip from them last november. On two occasions I had to have damged parts replaced. First time was the oil pan which they replaced immediately. And second, I recently emailed them about a month ago that the side mount they sent me was damaged and leaking. They asked me to send the old one back and I received another one in good condition. It was more than 6 months since I bought the clip from them and yet they still were more than willing to replace a damaged part. This is what I call great customer service.

VENUS IS A GREAT COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS. I WOULD PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN.... THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS EVEN IF THEY HAVE LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCTS.
