vaccum problems

Where does the vaccum for the wastegate run to on a s14 sr20 with a greedy fmic kit.

you have to have a nipple welded onto your hotpipe

I cant run it some where off the throttle body.

has to be a pressure source not a vaccuum source..I take that back you can run it off the throttle body and it does work even though thats vaccuum but you should run it off the hotpipe because thats a pressure source ..the close to the actuator the better (the shorter the vac line the better)

running a stock wastegate actuator on vacuum usually causes them to fail

exactly..thats why you should take the time to have a nipple welded on my friend.

check hardware stores and such, and if you cant fine one, call up Jeff at heavy throttle, Im sure he can help you out.
