THIS WAS INITALLY FOR THE RB20 OWNERS BECAUSE GREDDYS MANI DOESN'T WORK FOR US AND WE HAVE TO GO CUSTOM. BUT WE CAN ALSO GET THE RB25 VERSION OF EACH ONE SO THATS WHY IT WAS OPENED TO BOTH MOTORS.

I know takakaira has the greddy...I just didnt want to pay 100 dollars for shipping (which is about what it really is) and 750 is way too expensive, that'd be an 850 dollar manifold all said and done. I could easily get a custom one made up for cheaper than that. I guess it's time for me to get in contact with Unstable unless we do want to start a group buy for the UH one. Is anyone interested in that? I dont think just me and Rub would constitude a group buy :(

I am deffinetly in for the new design and rail from UH. The sooner the better though. I would like to get this thing within the next 2 weeks.

I'm down for a GB for the UH manifold if they come up with a better design.

Yes the GTR bolts on to the Greddy IM but you will have to change the Impedance (how ever you spell it). the 25 and 26 are opposite.

Yeah, I'd want it within a month, but Rub said they'd be pumping them out pretty soon though. Do we know how much they would be without the rail? Or do you have to get it too...?

450$ without the fuel rail....and don't forget the cores are needed. or 600$ with the fuel rail. so i need a head count on: intrested or not i need to see where we are at. the proto-type is being welded up this weekend and should be able to post a pic monday or tuesday. and i've been told we can split um up. 20 or 25's.either or. also if you need injectors they can get ones for the 25's. 550cc with connecters @ 75$ each. the ones for the 20's are still being sourced.

Hmmm, now I'm debating between a turbo upgrade or rebuild and the front facing manifold...I'll have it decided soon...probably by the beginning of next week. I'm trying to figure out if I could squeeze 300-340 hp out of the stock injectors and an s-afc on either a rebuilt and high flowed stock turbo or something new that's t3 flanged and not too huge...

Take a screenshot of the auto cad so we can see a preview. better yet install the prototype on the red s14 with rb25@UH and take pictures. When you're done just leave it in the car ;)

Hey guys I was wondering if it is necessary to use the UH fuel rail with the UH intake manifold or can you use the stock fuel rail with the UH intake manifold.

so how does that work, I send my stock manifold in first? What do they reuse from the stock manifold? What if I want to keep my stock one, can't they come up with a core charge?

As I understand it they are shortening the runners and lower part of your stock manifold and encorperating that with their new upper plenum. And about the fuel rails they said it was going to be a pain in the *** to try to incorperate your stock fuel rail so they strongly sugest that you get there top feed ones.

Not interested in the manifold (already have the Greddy) but can you give me some info on the injectors for 75 each.

well that all depends on if it's a rb20 or 25.the rb20 has 270cc and the 25 has 370cc.so a 20 would limit to about 250 ish and the 25 to about 350ish.

I looked at the budget with EVERYTHING in it, there is just no way I'm going to be able to switch manifolds OR turbos...so all I'm doing right now is a front mount, exhaust, an mbc, s-afcII, new tires, and a new clutch. Then I'm going to see how the budget looks and how the car is running and decide on doing a turbo upgrade or not at the end of summer.

Any updates on the manifolds? Will there be a group buy going on or anything? I'm pretty sure I'd be getting one if it happens.

well they have to finish 93semax's car first before the manifold gets welded up. so it will be later this week. sorry for the delay guys but the pics will be up soon. and with the new manifold you can use the stock fuel rail. just need to specify this when ordering.
