What's up Phi. I figured once I changed my avatar pic, I would eventually run across someone in my fraternity. I took my rims off of my car because of bad weather we have had lately in Oklahoma. Once the weather gets better, I'll put them back on and post some pics Nupe!laidbackblk45 wrote:What's up Nupe (NightRiderQ45)! I would love to send pictures of your car. Disregard that comment. I think he was just trying to make a point by having us be more PC in here but sometimes we can read something on this board and it can come off different then what what meant regardless of how many emoticons we put.
Hey I figure the devil you know is better than the devil you don't. I just tell myself that I can put $1000 into this Q and then I'll know what's wrong with it. If it lasts me another year that's less than $100 a month. Alot cheaper than a new one. (My wife thinks I'm crazy but my Granddaddy agrees with me.) Eventually it will be all new!luvmy94q wrote:I, too, am more a reader than a poster....although if I catch another "disease" I may be looking for another one next year! - any sellers out there w/ 94-99?)
Have you read some of my posts? I'm learning to be a mechanic on my Q and ask lots of dumb questions. I think alot of the Q45 community used to be that way. You should read some of Wes' early posts. (JK Wes!) Seriously, ask your questions, ignore any wisecracks and you'll get some good advice. You'll grow into a mechanic. If you love your Q now, just wait until you work on it and appreciate the engineering of it. Besides, you can't afford to carry your Q in for everything it needs.luvmy94q wrote:My only feelings on this topic: I don't post because I'm not a mechanic and don't like the bashing when I ask what some think are stupid questions...
ITA. It seems tempting, but it would reduce traffic in each category. One of the great things about the NICO Forums is you get an answer relatively quickly. Quite a few members have both a G50 and a Y33, and many others have owned more than one version of the Q45. The combined expertise is invaluable.elwesso wrote:I can assure you as long as I am a mod of this forum, there will be no segregation of models... We already are somewhat "cliquey" with our model series as is, I dont want things to be seperated, because then we wont have the big community feel, which is what Ive been striving for all along...
Some of you may want it, but you'll have to kick me out first.
