"I recommend this on any series RB motor, but especially the 25 and 26."

The 20 doesn't have the same problem or it is different?

I believe it is an issue with all RB's. CarlH has two 3/8" brass fittings instead of one huge -12AN fitting. I have done the same, but am waiting on my next phase to plumb it back to the 3/4" fitting from the turbo oil return.

I don't see how a -12AN fitting is going to fit between the head and the fire wall, but maybe you have looked at that already. I have about 0.25" between my brass fittings and the fire wall and that is with some pounding in of the firewall. Probably would have touched otherwise.

EDIT: I can not link to Fresh Alloy, as apparently that website is banned. But there is a Group Buy on the Head Mod pieces in the GTR Subsection, and you are welcome to read more about it there.

Yesterday, Andy at Southern Imports in Murfreesboro, TN (Mechanic on Project 240SX) installed the Mazworx Axles w/Hubs (http://www.mazworx.com) and SPL Pro Aluminum Subframe Fushings. (http://www.splparts.com)

A little brake cleaner and some black spray paint really improved the look of the spindles.

As you probably notice, the threads on the hubs are extended for use with aftermarket drag wheels.

its a nissan japan part. you can get the PN in FAST. regular price is like $43 or something IIRC. definitely not 80, although that might be the case for someone stateside to have it in stock.

any rb motor that will see high rpm use or extended track work should add in external drains...dual or single, do something!

I am using Apexi N1 Pros, however I will be switching those out for HKS Hyper Drag's this season.

If Megan made a low spring rate coilover, I'd be all over it.

I've got a question.

If say, i track my car, i will be hitting revs no further than 6800 (ignition cut) (not fuel cut) Will if not later on should i be looking into the head drain mod? Im on the stock turbo and motor basically, i have an aftermarket intake manifold, and i plan on GT35R and possibly cams later on, if i take the head out to do a gasket and resuface, would you think its still worth it?

yeah I still did it, But i'll be taking my 25 to 7700-7800 rpms. Id rather be safe than sorry. Plus its easy and cheap.

I would, and I would also install two Tomei Oil Restrictors in the block when you get head pulled off.

Wow man, looking good.

What type of RPM/response are you looking to get full boost by with that turbo? I am still debating the 2530s or a single turbo.......hmmmmm......

Did you have to modify the Greddy exhaust manifold in order to make it fit in the chassis, or is it totally unmodified. Thanks for your help man.....

Yep, the wastegate piping has to be moved, and I'll know more this week, but it appears to be fairly labor intensive.
