For a metal or a stock composite gasket 80-87 lb/ft is more than enough.

I thought you weren't supposed to tighten them more than 60 ft/lbs?

Also, plan on going back in there and re-tightening them after the motor has been brought up to normal operating temp and then cooled back down. I had 3 of mine loosen up, one to the point where it was only finger tight. I'm lucky I didn't warp the head.

yer dee its a acl 3 layer one. its leaking along the exhaust side in 3 spots but it could also be tracking along the deck

will be making shore its not botteming out as well and might have to put washers under the arp ones

so a final torque setting is ? 80-87ft/lb ?
