Car has fuel and will turn over, the problem is it doesnt have spark. Replaced ignition coil, still no spark.

Where it says theres an ignition coil fuse there isnt one there??

These are right under the ignition coil on the wired going to it, what do they do?

Alright if you dont know what your talking about dont post. It has power all the way to the clip that clips to the coil, then no powere coming from the coil. the coil is brand new. It DOESNT have spark. I think its the sensor with part number PRW-18z04. This is right next to the coil, if anyone can tell me what it is i would apreciate it. will have a picture in a second.

What is this? This the problem?

its taken a while, but I found it. The Crank Angle Position Sensor, located under your dist. rotar. If it goes bad or senses the crank in the wrong spot it doesnt let your Ignition Control Module tell the coil to make spark, resulting in no spark.. No start.

your windows dont even work. find out what fuse is blown. if you dont have the egi relay, then you are never going to start the car. start your own thread. your problem is not the bloody distributor.

no.

its in the relay box by the battery. your relay box should look like the above. you should have the two green relays which i guarantee you have.

check this relay box for blown fuses especially 75 amp fuse

i havent check them all yet but just EGI, and ACC and they look perfect . but using a light tester , it detects the EGI fuse as negative (no-light) and ACC is positive(light-on). now i dont know if it bad or not .

i still dont have light/power on my dash and windows

the coil do not have any electricity so there is no spark goin to the disttrubitor .ive tested with light tester on the plugs to the coil and distributer, and its been giving me (no-light) no electricity. i wounder if it possible if one of the wire is been cut/shorted or burn that were giving the electricity to the coil?

thanks for helping me out you guys

you not getting power to your windows. you have a blown fuse. ignore the 3 relays and check the fuses in the relay box. you probably can see where the fuse filement is melted. or test the fuses. only look in the relay box by the battery. look at everything except the 3 relays(two green and one grey)

i dont know much about the ignition circuit. power for the ignition coil comes from ignition switch with no fuse. do you measure voltage going to ignition coil. ignition coils basically never fail.

So I replaced the crank position sensor, inside the distributor. I still have the same problem, crank but no start. There is powere to the coil, but no spark.

no i dont have any voltage from the plug that goes on the ignition coil to power it up. the wire is black/red is the one that gives current to the coil if am correct. and also to give you some idea, there is no sign of voltage to the distributor plug ? even when boosting it up with another car still no spark

now my battery is goin low i need to juiced it up

i assume your car cranks which means power is getting to ignition switch. you have to find out why the ignition switch is not sending power to black red wire at ignition coil. wire is cut or ignition swtich is bad or you are not reading the voltage right.
