i assume your car cranks which means power is getting to ignition switch. you have to find out why the ignition switch is not sending power to black red wire at ignition coil. wire is cut or ignition swtich is bad or you are not reading the voltage right.

i found the power to the coil it was a tricky one it was not the same color as red-black to the ignition switch from the coil it was white-black so i follow the red/black wire from the coil then connected to the white/black wire that leads to the ignition switch power . Now its starts !!! but of course all that turn over but no start made my motor idle very slow like if it was gonna die on me sometime it would click on me when starting the car click co-start
