If you can pull the plugs on each injector and the rpm drops right about the same, I doubt it's an injector. Maybe one is leaking. Just pop the whole rail up and turn the key to ACC mode and see if anything leaks.
At this point I'd start from scratch. Clean the plugs, check the wires for chaffing, check for any vac leaks try to get the idle stable enough to get the timing close to 20*.
