Man, it sucks being offline for so long. Congrats on figuring out the problem. The Oncenter should hook you up great, I was going to say that was your problem, but after reading through the thread I noticed you figured it out...heh. The mani looks nice from what I can see of it though. Keep us up to date.

I'll try to find someone to loan me a digi cam so I can get better pictures of that manifold when the turbos off it this weekend :) I was really in a hurry to put it on so I didn't get a chance the first time around. Also, the mani looked nicer before I dinged up the coating putting it on...oops.

Sounds like you need to invest in some more HT coating my friend.

Bah, this ain't no pretty boy car! I have 50ft. of exhaust wrap waiting for my downpipe and whatever else, and a nice big square of aluminized heat shielding as well :) I dont see those little spots as being a bit deal, if it flakes off I'll wrap the mani with the wrap.

No such thing as an on-center T3. All T3 housings are tangential. It's just the garrett one is more tangential than precision's and turbonetics. This is what I've been trying to tell you all along. Good luck.

Which 5bolt T3 housing is cheapturbo sending you? Here's a pic of the offset differences between the two housings. The one below is precision's 5bolt.

I believe they are sending me a turbonetics 5 bolt, but I'm not entirely certain. I will verify before I ACTUALLY trade them though, I'll be sending it in on Monday. Thanks for the picture there KApwr, it clears it up a lot...it'll move it over a good 1.5 or more inches from the looks of things. I know you were trying to tell me...so was another person, I just didn't realize it was that big a difference and thought the problem was somewhere else :( Especially since Marc and I had a big miscommunication about what housings his customers were running.

Yeah, thats basically what it is...Ken knew exactly what the problem was so I think he knows which housing I need. I'll verify it this weekend though before I send in my old housing to swap out. Thanks for all the help guys!
