When I first came on here I was a complete idiot. But people being hard and borderline rude made me the Q45 enthusiast I am today. So this guy comes on here spell Infiniti correctly and knows a little about his car and is asked to search? Thats not helpful at all.
Lokim with all the topics I answered did you read none of them? I must say many members put up with a lot of my crap and still helped me out. I am hope none left because of me and if any did I am extremely sorry.
I do admit when I learned what I leaned because of the help of others I was rude to new people who joined up. But I am sorry and I have learned from my mistakes and never again will I be rude to a newbie.
As for the original posters question I would say check the TCS codes via the method found in the service manual. Or take it to anyone with a Nissan Consult (300ZX specialty shop*, Infiniti dealer or Nissan Dealer*) and they will be able to do a road test and read the code(s) and tell you the problem.
*They must have a Consult two to be able to interface with your car.
You hit the nail on the head as I thought you meant something else man, Sorry.Lokim wrote:I guess it's hard to gauge the context of something when it's on a computer screen...
One relay (Both are the same color, shape and amount of connections) is for the Throttle Motor (Closes the throttle to prevent more power going to the rear wheels...). And the other is for the Traction Control System (TCS) pump (Part that controls the rear brakes for the TCS).tegva wrote:I had this problem and the dealer replaced two relays, I belive for the throttle position sensor. relay part numbers were 25230-89981. If thats the problem its an inexpensive fix.
Do you own a 1990-1996 Infiniti Q45 (NG50)?jrthurm wrote:I had these lights come on with intermittent misfires associated with coils. Changed coils , no more lights. They can come on for various fail codes me thinks.
OP's Q45 is paid for which is more than can probably be said for your your G35. The cost of repairs on a G50 is still less than car payments and the satisfaction of DIY repairs is defintely much greater than the satisfaction of posting a$$ comments on a forum like you are doing.Daniel G wrote:Sell your ugly Q45 and purchase a reliable vehicle. Ugly??!! Have you ever seen a 1994 q45?? Also, owning a car that is over 17 years old, there will usually be some unreliability factors, MR. Infiniti G35, 2005. This is just a forum for a type of car, a Q45. We are not creating peace in the Middle East. There are many car forums out there, including ones for a G35 Infiniti. Talk to ya in 2028!Daniel G wrote:Sell your ugly Q45 and purchase a reliable vehicle. Put all extra money that would have gone to repairs and diagnostics into your 401K.

Actually he was an "Online" Infiniti mechanic but thanks for the heads up.Infinitiguy19 wrote:In the service manual their is a chart that displays what would bring up the TCS OFF, SLIP and ABS lights.
What lights are lit up on your dashboard and when are they lit up (Ignition key on or after starting the engine)?
Never go to a "Online" mechanic that is not vehicle specific.

Is the most common cause the blue relays under the battery? Does anyone have any suggestions. I have no CEL on and no unusual sounds from engine. My car is a 1994 q45. Please get back.
