damn why is everyone b!tching about this guy? he obviously spent ALOT on these wheels and just wants them. if i were you i would call and ask for a small refund of the shipping price being that they took so long. if they are such a GOOD company they should understand. good luck with the wheels man.

Oh I see. duhhh Brian.

Well, I can understand that you are bummed, but this one problem doesn't make them BAD.

It is an error.Errors happen sometimes.

You'll have your wheels soon enough.

now if you get new wheels in the future there isn't going to be a need for you to make a threac about them not being here the next day. they are wheels any where you order wheels from they will take a while cause 1. they send 2 at a time 2. its 30 to 40 lbs for 2 wheels from what i know from working for ups is that they are the first thing off the truck and the last thing to even go on.

also if they didn't give you a tracking number wouldn't you think something is up and call them and ask about it instead of waiting 15 days just to have them call you and tell you about how they messed up. you could of caught it 14 days earlier and had your wheels in the amount of time you waited for them to find out they messed up.

so if you think about its not just touge factory fault its your 2 so keep in mind if a place don't give you a tracking number for stuff you order then something is up and you might wanna give them a call and see whats going on before you go and say a place sucks.

I get it that your mad, because you didnt get them in a timely manner, what i dont get is that no one has posted a negative comment on them, but you, and now your never going to do buisness again .. .

I plan to do business with them still, even with your late delivery, your still getting your product, just accidentally late .

Like everyone said, holidays are the WORST time EVER to shop, online or manually .

..never say they suck..just saying i'm not buying from them again...i email them about my tracking number and never got a mail back..i shouldn't have to call them, i'm buying their product...they shouldn't lie that its shipped when it is not.they should have told me that its going to take this long, i would have bought it somewhere else.i need tires badly cause the one on my donuts are bald.i'm just waiting for the 002 so i can get new tires for it.

and they did call you to tell you something messed up once they caught it you have to think they are a big company its not like your order is going to get caught right away.

I ordered from them once. They sent out tie rods with seized heim joints. They kept feeding me BS about returning them to the manufacturer after telling me not to install them, then finally agreed to take them back after i contacted the manufacturer. I mailed them out and got no refund, no product, no return calls, no return e-mails, and VISA sided with them after i canceled the transaction.

every company is great until you find out how they handle problems, good luck.

have you ever had a problem with an order?

this was about two years ago, i ordered Megan s13 inner and outer tie rods. I received Megan s14 inner and outer tie rods, and the heim joints were seized and would not budge. when I got a hold of them they told me that i had to return them directly to Megan Racing, when i called Megan racing they asked who i ordered them from and told me i'd have to return them through the retailer. They said they had never had a problem with Togue factory taking care of their customers but they would call and set up their side of the return, but i would have to call Togue Factory back and return it to them. when i talked to Togue Factory again they said they would set up a fed-x pick up. when i called fed-x a week later after the box sat at my front door they said their was no pick up scheduled. when i got a hold of them again they said to drop it off at a fed-x location and they would pay the shipping, so i did. after not hearing anything from them for weeks, no return calls or e-mails i called visa and put a stop payment on the charge a week later the charge was back on my card and and VISA said they wouldn't do anything.
