don't worry. the Christmas season is really crazy for shipping, especially when trying to communicate with suppliers and other companies which are closed different days than others. After a few days you'll be surprised on how much is backed up to get processed.

You're golden, they're on the way, so no complaints i guess.

Touge Factory is also in Illinois. It will take some time for a package as large as 4 wheels to get to your place.

I've ordered stuff from them and never had a problem.

yep and you will probably receive 2 wheels one day, and 2 the next.

part of christmas shipping and wheels packaging.

ALSO, to the OP, how much did you pay for shipping on the wheels? How much do they weigh individually, and are they with tires?

You need to relax. Stop thinking you can have everything "now".

People who have wheels from Japan have to wait half a year sometimes to receive their wheels. These were shipped by Ground Mail, so they have to be shipped from shipping facility to shipping facility all the way across the country to your house.

Be patient.

espically considering that touge factory probably didnt ship them, they probably dont have any there, so they "drop ship" them from there suppliers warehouse, which would explain why your lugnuts arrived earlier...different suppliers just be patient

Do you know it was shipped that long time ago?

Did you have a tracking number?

Did you ASSUME they shipped it the day you placed the order?

Yep, you're right.... your 1 negative expierence out weighs the 30 positive ones from the other members who have told you they are a kick @ss business.

Face it people mess, things get mixed up. You ordered wheels over the holiday/new year period, a time when sales usually triple their normal yearly average. At least they called you and admitted they f*cked up, I'm sure someone apologized to you as well.

Man up and quit b*tching, besides what was so important you had to have the wheels two weeks ago?

Also learn to type and learn to do it grammatically, trying to read your incoherent ish gives me a migraine.

Well lug nuts are not wheels, quite the size and weight difference. They probably didn't have your wheels in stock and had to have them delivered to their company.

Since I have staggered wheels everytime I go to buy tires at DT they never have the sizes I want. I have to go in, order, and then come back like 3 days later to get them installed.

Large items take time to ship.

And for heaven sakes... their f*cking SportMaxes.
