Will do. Coming to you from Windsor. So your's is Silver, mine is Silver, I've seen a Black one on occasion in various locations in CT. Besides the 3 including mine I haven't see any others in the State.Double E wrote:Les Baer, Gimme a shout out to Middletown next time you blaze by.
It may have been nearly all she had.EniGmA1987 wrote:Come on, you can all push them way farther with ease

Ive done it twice in my M35. That is the physical limit, not the technical limit. Wind resistance, pavement resistance and the weight of the car make the M35 only capable of going 158 before the engine simply cant push the car any faster. Pretty much no one believes me, but I had a friend in the car when I did it the second time and next time I do it I can get a pic if you want.Double E wrote:There may have been a misunderstanding...that's just how fast I was going. As I said I was nearly out of pedal, real estate and it "may" have been all she had.
It also has 113K on the clock.
I think 158MPH is on paper (technical specs) not the real world ...unless there's someone here claiming to have done it.
Cool. No need to show me. I doubt I'll ever ask mine for 15mph more myself ...unless that Bonneville trip comes together.EniGmA1987 wrote:Ive done it twice in my M35. Ouch. You're brave. I like to wear in the engine a little before pushing it. But if you've gotta do it, Tampa is the place!KevyKev0805 wrote:157mph a week after I bought it
Yup!EniGmA1987 wrote:^^^^^ 125 mph?
Yep! I think thats a current record for going backwards. lolmyother45isalesbaer wrote:I once went 25-30mph in reverse. Flipped the car around, put down about 50ft of rubber and motored on up to around 80mph. Does that count?
