Top Mount or bottom???????

Hi guys I am looking into buying a manifold for my KA soon. Was wondering what are the pro's an con's between the two. Thanks for the hemp!

Also forgot to mention that. I was given a rebuild turbo. Its a garrett TB4129. From what search I have done It goes to a John Deer tractor. But cant find anymore than just that.
