You don't the engine bay unless you have the hood open, and the only time you open the hood is to look at the engine bay. It's like taking off a teddy and having a bra on under it, wtf is the point?
In person it is beautifulMinisterofDOOM wrote:Don't hit me: I'm not sure I really like the styling. I don't think it's ugly, but I DO think it's a little too busy and trying just a little to hard. It's got a sort of "if TVR was slightly sane" thing going on, especially from the rear.
Of course, between the XK's way-too-soft styling and the F-type's "sanity is for the weak" styling, I'll take the F-type all day long. Because sanity IS for the weak. Let the maniacal laughter commence.

I would still like to see an engine instead of that plastic garbage covering it up.gwoods wrote:OriginalWheelman wrote:I just don't get the engine cover. part of it is the new modern engines are NOT pretty. They don't look much like engines even... remove the cover and its like robot vomit

I didn't either. Then I bought one. Modern Jag is probably my most lusted-after brand. Even more than Ferrari. Jaguar does not currently make a product I wouldn't want to own.PapaSmurf2k3 wrote:I know I don't share your overwhelming enthusiasm for Jaguar (although I certainly don't think they are the worst brand out there)
Really?? In my case, Jaguar does not make a product I would want to own, but I certainly wouldn't mind test driving one.MinisterofDOOM wrote: Jaguar does not currently make a product I wouldn't want to own.
