Lets see. My check for 3K was cashed on 2/25/03. I sent him the check after he sent me a picture of my clip. so it's been 8 months for me too. The first payment was sent in january. The AZ attorney general office is currently waiting for my resonce which I will be making in soon unless I hear from Cameron that my clip is sent.

Well if we don't hear from him soon I'd like that number for the AZ attorney general. At least you guys "have clips on the way." I'm just waiting for him to sell some more clips or cars or whatever he's saying is being messed with now to come up with my refund, which he still thinks he can keep $500 of. It's getting damn close to lawsuit time.

I have to vouch that he DID respond to my emails very quickly... I think he still has some proving to do, but he's trying to make the situation better as best he can:)

Sorry to butt in here and if I offend you Cameron I apologize, but isnt it funny how we are all supposed to feel sorry for Cameron, becuase things are so hard for him. Maybe instead of going to SEMA he should have stayed behind and taken care of things. Money to go to Vegas for a week, but to reimburse people???

What headaches do you have and how come everyone else is responsible for them? All I am saying is that it seems funny that you have all this money to build a house, go to SEMA, set up new accounts, but not come through with the other stuff. Our mutual friend RYAN was able to import an RB25DE for me in about 3 months WITH customs troubles. I just dont understand what the problem is.

I have no problem with how you run your business, you do things however you want. Its yours, you make the decisions that you deem best for it. They may not be the choices I would make, but you made them and I respect you for that. As I said, if I offended you I apologize, I just dont think its fair that all these people are out of luck and you seem to still be able to do all the stuff that you enjoy. My opinion is worthless and just an opinion. Dont take it to heart.

So why isn't my clip in? Guess that BOL you sent me last week was fake? It was dated the 23rd of Oct. If it was sent out from Japan on that date it should have made it to the US by now. So what the fuk is going on?

It just seems like everyone BUT you is causing the problem when your poor choice of supplier in the beginning MADE this situation. People trusted you and your choices when they handed over their money and it seems like you let them down again and again. I am glad that you are trying to resolve the situation, but it seems like there is always an excuse why someone else in the chain let you down. I just cant believe that it takes 8-9 months to get this resolved.

I am sorry if I am out of place, but everyone else seems brainwashed into believing your stories at face value and I just cant believe the chain of bad luck. It may de true, but it is HARD to believe.

honestly, i'm tring to believe cameron but, he does lie alot too. he would say that the clip is right in front of his face. but then later say that it's lost. "how the hell can you loose a front clip. it's so damn big. it cant just vanish into thin air"-hum..... or can it.

Please close this thread that shows what really happened, just like the last one that was shut down. Burying the fact doesnt mean it didnt happened.

I am through saying anything about this, I just think its funny there is always an excuse and never a motor.

To you guys who are waiting, I feel sorry for you and the trouble you are going through. I had the head blow up on my motor before it even hit the road, got took for some parts that were on my clip and finally got to drive the car. Once you take it out for hte first time, the troubles almost seem worth it.

Ok, I lied a little, I have something else to say.

Someone out there involved should print this thread and keep a copy for their records, sue and when he files for bankruptcy pull this thread out showing his intention to defraud all of you out of your money. He may have no money, but I am sure that nice new house could go for a pretty penny.

How did you get money to buy clips to replace the ones "lost" by the shippers but you have none for refunds?

I dont believe that I am TWISTING anything, just trying to figure out what kind of Jedi mind trick you are using to keep these people so patient. Whatever it is, I applaud you.

What happened to the other thread? How did it magically disappear?

If anyone else thinks I am raising trouble, I apologize. That is not my intention. Dont attack me because you cant supply what you were paid for.

"If my customers need to talk to me they have my email address" is why you started this thread in the first place. You were hoping that people would publically praise you and now its backfiring.

You and I had a deal and when I called on you for the "Technical knowledge of the swap" your response was "just extend the wires, I think there are 40 of them." You made a deal with me, I had to pester the hell out of you to get you to come through with your payment & "Technical help"(which you NEVER did to my staisfaction), I feel that you treated me unfairly, just as you are these people and now I am the bad guy for calling you out.

I may not have bought a motor form you, but I know a pile of bull crap when I stumble across it and in this situation I have.

I am just asking questions that dont get answered and now you are mad at me for calling this situation what I see....you screwing others as you screwed me.

I STILL DON'T SEE THE PROBLEM HERE SEEING AS I CAN HAVE A WHOLE CAR ON MY DOOR STEP WITHIN 2 WEEKS. CAMERON ITS NOT HARD, YOU JUST NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHO KNOWS THEIR STUFF AND WHO THINKS THEY DO. FOR WHAT YOU CHARGED FOR THE CLIP THEY ARE HALFWAY TO A WHOLE CAR.
