Last update to 2004 Titan!!!I recieved a new black 2004 Crew cab Le With evey options they offered.I have 4000 work miles on this one with no problems at all. ( squeaky brakes when wet) This truck is just great at what ever I need done. It pulls a trailer with a tracter gross weight of 8000 lbs. with now trouble, hardly know the trailer is back there.Miliage is around 15 towing and 17 with out a trailer.Pulls stumps, around two tons out the ground like they are not even attached. One word of advise. Nissan gives you a pig tail for connecting an electrec brake for trailer. They also tell you to wire the module fist befor plug it into the truck. The company I had do the work would not listen and they blew the fusible link that connects the fan and towing assocories. I wish they had listen. MY dealer came to the rescue with a fuse out of another Titan. This is by far the best truck I have every driven and owned,

John

If you have a earlier production Titan with drivers power seat, have the wiring harness checked under the seat for rubbing up against the seat adjuster screw shaft. It is starting to appear on a couple and it will put the truck into a failsafe mode. But when diag. are performed it will not lead you to the seat unfortunately. Talked to a couple of techs at school and it has started to appear at their dealers also and everyone has been chasing their tales trying to find it due to the diagnostic trail that is followed. Once again the seat will never show up in the CAN system but it does effect it when the harness is chaffed.

Yea that came up here in tech school too recently. They had isolated it to the ADP harness. I think there was a bulletin on it or something. I know I seen some lititure on it somewhere. It was after this thread came to an end.
