Thanks for the info, i already bought a new tps and i tested it and it seemed to check out really good, at this point in time the car wont even start cause its running so rich it just covers the plugs in fuel, so it could very well be the regulator, i have pulled the rail and checked for leaks and there were none from around the injectors or tips, so that leaves me with some variables to work out. Thanks for the help if you or anyone thinks of anything else let me know i really appreciate it.

this thread has gone on so long i cant even remember what we've checked and havent checked lol..we've checked the tps but not the fuel pump, injectors and fpr? i would get new spark plugs so the car will start and a new fpr because thats the cheapest. If that doesnt fix the problem then i would check the new spark plugs and see if any are blacker than the others..if one ore 2 are then that most likely means that spark plugs injector is sticking open too long or you can do what dori said to do with the injectors as far as testing them and did you test the fuel pump already? also did you ever run your ecu for codes?

Heres the run down......I have tested the tps it is now good, it has a new CAS, ignitor chip, fuel filter, the pump is a 255 and it is priming to the rail, I pulled the rail and watched the injectors they did not seem to be sticking open. ALSO I would check the ecu for codes but the little knob in the ecu does not stop it just keeps spinning, this is what led me to get a new ecu, thats basically what i have done. So if the fpr is the cheapest is there a cross reference like the SER or where do i pick one up.

how can you turn it 180'? When u turn the cas 180, and try to plug the plug back on it, the plug gets stuck on the watercock. asking cause Im having some of the same problems..

turning it 180 is only the rotor on the inside of the cas not the whole unit, pull the little plastic cover of and pull it out of the head a little and turn it 180.

Yes it has good spark on all cylinders, im not sure about the iac, i have a new one sittin here but it is not put in yet. I worried about the ecu, because i can not read codes off of it, the little screw that you have to turn well on mine it just keeps spinning it does not stop, and also not sure id the fpr is bad so ill have to look into getting another one of those.

iirc it doesnt matter if the screw keeps turning..just turn it clockwise in one full rotation and stop it yourself..then back counter clockwise one full rotation and stop it yourself

what do you mean by the "rotor"? the plate with all the degree marks on it? or the rotor itself?

When you pull off the cas cover you will see the wheel with the timing marks, if you undo the mounting bolts for the cas should be two 10mm, then the cas should slide out of the head, take a philips screw driver and the entire wheel and gear under the valve cover will spin together, make a mark so you know where bottom and top is and turn it 180 and see what that does, if nothing then turn it back and recheck timing.

Ok so here is an update on my piece not running, the ecu ground is pulling 75 ohms, and the eccs relays under the dash right by the computer are not clicking on or off, and ideas if this is just a bad ground since my battery is in the hatch????
