Re-alignment worked for me, but I can be mistaken for your issue right there... (especially when it comes to TMS's experience)
ya I guess ill triple check it, just for fun. But im 90% sure the valves are bent.

On the bright side, its not the most expensive thing that could have happened. My machine shop rebuilt my head and it only ran me about $300 to clean up the mating surface, put in new everything (except valves), and replace a few slightly bent valves. they quoted me something like $8/valve, so most you would be looking at would be somewhere in the low $400s for basically a brand new head. or you could just go get another head, slap it on, and go.

ya that is what im debating on right now. I have to call a machine shop tomorrow and get qoute, on new valves and valve seals. But I did find a guy selling a head in WI, he rebuilt himself for like 180+shipping.

so well see. Also did a compression test. I got around 50psi on all cylinders. Did it on a cold engine, and I had the throttle body opened.

so the pistons hitting the valves wouldnt damage the pistons as well as the valves?

Intake valves are the first to get yoked-out!

ya it may be a little higher, but it was my first time ever doing a compression test. And I did it by myself, and the engine was cold, so the numbers are probably a little higher. Also I broke the nose off my CAS, so timing probably wasn't completely on.

And I'm really interested to see the destruction too.

And Lucas additive is for heros

I only use lucas when something goes horribly awry, but the car still runs. OH CRAP I RAN IT OUT OF OIL!!!!! ker-Lucas. Or the classic, "Oh jesus I overheated it! The block is SMOKING!" you had better believe I used it then.

quick question, can i take the intake manifold off, with the head. Or do i have to break the two apart, to take the head off??

you can take the head off with the intake manifold attached, youll just need to get at the hoses under the intake manifold which is harder with it on.
