Consult Q45.org, past posts and the Factory Service Manual for your Q45 to find information to garner a basic education about your car so you can talk the talk. HLA is a hydraulic lifter or cam follower. The VH45DE is a DOHC 4.5L all-aluminum V8 that sits inbetween the front fenders of your Q45.
