The easiest way would be to plug into the J's consult port with your laptop and Consult program and shut off one cylinder at a time looking for the one that shows no change in engine miss. Shutting down a good cylinder will cause the engine to idle worse. I'd start with ohm testing all 6 injectors which can be done at the main harness connection with a volt meter rather than directly on the injector pins (no plenum removal required).

Where do you live? Maybe another member with the consult program and cable lives close and can help.
So anyone have any thoughts of the best place to get this "Consult" program to read the codes and do Individual component testing per the FSM?

I have the ODB 1 USB adapter and am able to use ecutalk and conzult to talk with computer. Can get gauges for some values and also read the two digit codes.
