You're going to need to get a full rebuild done. You melted or your car melted that piston and where the hell did that piece of valve go? Wow man, that sucks. Good luck getting it back up and running.

yes it is...but I think thats from when I took the head off, i heard the valve "clink". Do I NEED sleeves if I bore it out? Also why are after market pistons so damn expensive?

They are so expensive because they are forged. Just like wheels cast is cheaper than forging. I don't think your crank and what not is damaged, so you might be able to get by with just a bore and some new pistons, but I'm not a machinist and can't tell you that for sure.

bad luck generally doesn't melt pistons and bust valves.

ok, the bad luck of possibly having a vacuum leak, that created a misfire that then curled the piston...then somehow blowing the HG, then wile removing the head having the bad luck to break a valve

That looks like it's too far out to just bore it to a larger piston. Best bet would be to sleeve it or find another block. I would check the entire rotating assembly to make sure everything else is fine. The metal knocked off the piston, ring, and bore had to go somewhere.

ps: I have a spare block, but it needs to be honed for 87.5 pistons though.

I can't see the extent of the damage in the photo., so I'm just gonna say this:Stop speculating. Tear the block down and take it to a machine shop. Have them assess the damage and tell you your options. If they have the block in hand, they can give you your options better than showing them a picture that doesn't give the full depth of the damage.

It's an S13 block. I had 86.5 pistons, and didn't want to buy new ones.
