I pay 150 a month, full coverage, one accident my fault, and I just got one ticket. I hope it won't go up too much. I'm 18 and I've got a 93 coupe.

Biggie, i have found 2 s13's one coupe and one fastback in WS at Auto Finance WS/Prepaid, I was wondering if this is a reputable dealer.

I've never heard of them. I just moved to Winston about 6 months ago. If it were possible I'd see if you could come up here and look at the cars. At least get the milage and general condition. I can tell you what problems to look for, etc.

Hey Bbill. I know it seems to suck but look from your parent's view. You're 16, a sophomore (?) in high school, no driver's license, no job , and you wonder why they have a problem paying so much in insurance for you? The cheapest part of having a car is purchasing it. Doesn't sound like you have close to enough funds to register, insure and maintain it once you buy it. I recommend you put off buying a car and and save your money until you can afford it. Good luck

Well, if i can buy an S13 I will do that so I'm only expecting to pay 3,000, I have $7,400, and I'm gonna be a junior, i'll have my license in less than 3 weeks, and I'm hopefully getting a job at this country club soon, if not, i'll just work some ****ty job just cause i have to, to pay gas, maint, mods, and stuff. I was paying 700 bucks every 6 months (117/month) for my 1995 SE. I'm 18, have had one ticket for no driver's license (dropped), one for 75 in a 55 (dropped) one for 43 in a 30 (dropped), got hit in a parking lot (counted as a hit and run), got rearended in my mom's grand cherokee, rearended a big van in my car (didn't claim it) and i'm on a policy with a '98 lexus es, 2002 chevy 2500hd, 1993 jeep wrangler and a late 90's fifth wheel trailer.

That's for full coverage and a 250 deductible. I'm now paying about 660 every six months. Something ya'll might wanna try that worked for me is:I'm counted as the main driver of the wrangler (hella-cheap to insure) and the nissan is under my dad's name. Also I think I had good student discount. That's really easy to get.

yeah they pay for the insurance, i pay everything else, the job pays 7.50/ hour. My friends complain if they have to pay gas or insurance I always just wanna say shut up.

Yeah, i never ever heard back from that guy in Maine, must have sold it. As soon as my dad ok's the insurance prices i can get a car, so i think a 91 240(lots of left over cash= mods) is not out of reason, if not it's gonna be FWD

ive got near 20 tickets in last 5 years 5 or 6 speeding all 20mph or over an the last two were with in seven days of each other i just cant be slowed down i even speed when in front of cops just to see if they will get me when i started looking for insurance last year i was being quoted 160-250 for liability only insurance crazy huh so after a day of searching i found a ghetto company in this run down shopping center an i now pay 70$ amonth with 10pt on my license an if you get 12 they yank them for like 90days i have one payment to pay off my policy for the year n its 100$ an ill have insurance till nov 30 on this year :ylsuper
